The University of Technology Celebrates and Honors
Under the esteemed patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza, the University Presidency / Women’s Affairs Unit held a distinguished celebration on the occasion of the university’s Golden Jubilee, in conjunction with National Women’s Day. The event was organized in recognition of the pioneering role of women and their active contribution to academic, scientific, and administrative advancement within the university.
The celebration witnessed the honoring of Prof. Dr. Zainab Baha Mohammed – Director of the Environmental Research Center, along with Dr. Zahraa Zahraw Farhan, Dr. Afaf Abdulrahman Ayoub, and Director Thamera Fouad Ali, for their significant efforts and contributions in promoting the status of women within and beyond the university.
During the event, their exceptional dedication and service to the university were highly praised, affirming that this recognition is a symbolic expression of the university’s gratitude and appreciation for the achievements of women in various leadership and scientific roles.
