Assistant lecturer abd alazeez Ahmed Hamad agave a lecture entitled (Practical methods for improving the bearing capacity of soil for applied loads). In his lecture, he addressed a simplified explanation of the loads imposed on the soil, clarifying the most important physical techniques to increase its bearing capacity, and introducing the recipient to the most important modern methods used by adding Materials that help increase endurance and study all appropriate conclusions and proposals for the optimal use of the methods used in this field, along with presenting and explaining modern construction methods, types of foundations for buildings and methods of implementing them, as well as introducing the audience to the most important strengths and weaknesses in the foundation parts of buildings and the quality of the soil. Used or added to get rid of the problems causing weak foundations and choose the most appropriate type to avoid these problems and overcome obstacles, if any.
