As part of the cultural season of the Environmental Research Center

Assistant Lecturer Ali Nasser Ali gave a lecture entitled (Integration activety of biological control agents Trichoderma harzianum and Pseudomonas fluorescens and chelating iron on controlling wilt disease in pepper)
In his lecture, he touched on how to isolate pathogens associated with wilt symptoms from pepper plants. He explained in his lecture that all the treatments used were effective in reducing the rate and severity of infection by the pathogenic isolate. Treatment with the three factors combined in the presence of the pathogen achieved the highest significant difference in reducing the rate and severity of infection. An increase in the fresh and dry weight of the root and vegetative systems was also recorded, in addition to an increase in the total chlorophyll content of the plant.
