Lecture entitled (Drug Types and the Most Important Ways to Reduce Their Use to Reduce Violence Among Students)
As part of the Environmental Research Center’s community awareness and drug eradication activities, our center held a lecture titled “Drug Types and the Most Important Ways to Reduce Their Use to Reduce Violence Among Students.” It was delivered by Professor Shahrazad Muhammad Al-Shadidi, a lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad. The lecture addressed how to raise community awareness against drugs, particularly among young people, who are considered the targeted and threatened group. She also recommended the need to understand the dimensions of the problem through field studies and research, as well as studying societal attitudes toward drugs, security studies, and studies related to youth problems and delinquency.
