Environmental Research Center Organizes a Lecture on Vision, Mission, and Goals in Alignment with the University’s Directions

As part of its cultural season activities, the Environmental Research Center organized a scientific lecture entitled: “Vision, Mission, and Goals: Alignment Between the Center and the University, ”presented by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Safaa Abdul Hassan, with the attendance of a group of researchers, faculty members, and individuals interested in environmental affairs. The lecture highlighted the Center’s vision to become a leader in environmental research and sustainable technological applications at both the local and regional levels, through promoting innovation and adopting modern technologies to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development. The speaker also reviewed the Center’s mission, which is centered on conducting advanced scientific research and providing specialized technical consultations in various environmental fields, relying on modern technology and collaboration with relevant institutions and organizations. The lecture further outlined the Center’s goals, which include raising environmental awareness, building qualified research cadres capable of addressing environmental challenges, supporting the university’s technological orientation, and enhancing interdisciplinary integration—contributing to the university’s vision of becoming a beacon for innovation and applied research.
