Director of the Environmental Research Center Participates in the Defense of a Master’s Thesis at the University of Baghdad
The Master’s thesis of student Vian Ismail Mohammed was defended at the College of Engineering / Department of Environmental Engineering at the University of Baghdad. The thesis was titled “Experimental Study of Magnetic Nano-Composite for Removing Dyes from Aquatic Solution”
as part of the requirements for a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
Professor Dr. Zainab Baha Mohammed, Director of the Environmental Research Center, participated as a member of the defense committee, along with a group of professors specializing in the field.
The thesis examined an experimental study of dye removal techniques from aqueous solutions using magnetic nanocomposites and discussed the potential of these materials to improve water quality and reduce pollutants resulting from various industries .
