Active Participation of the Environmental Research Center / University of Technology in a Scientific Workshop at Bayt Al-Hikma
Faculty members from the Environmental Research Center at the University of Technology took part in the workshop titled:
“The Impact of Climate Change on the Hydrochemical Properties of the Waters of Southern Iraq Marshes (Case Study: Hammar Marsh)”,
organized by Bayt Al-Hikma / Center for Information and Decision Support, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
The participating faculty members were:
• Dr. Abbas Jawad Kazem – Head of the Sustainable Development Department
• Dr. Muayad Naseer Muslim
• Asst. Lecturer Ahmed Alwan Nassif
This participation reflects the center’s ongoing efforts to support scientific research and promote sustainable development, in cooperation with national decision-making institutions to address environmental and climate challenges in Iraq.
