A lecture on childhood obesity and its impact on future health

As part of the cultural season, an educational lecture titled “Childhood Obesity: Causes, Risks, and Prevention” was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Haider Sadiq. He highlighted one of the most prominent health challenges facing the younger generation: childhood obesity, defined as excessive fat accumulation in a child’s body, leading to weight gain that exceeds the normal levels appropriate for age and height.
